2.3. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced or reissued.
2.4. Each ticket is valid for a single entry unless otherwise specified.


3. Pricing & Fees
3.1. Ticket prices are set by the event organizer.
3.2. Taxes, service charges, and processing fees apply and will be added at checkout.


4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or major rescheduling.
4.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a specified timeframe.
4.3. If the event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to the new date.
4.4. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or personal inability to attend.


5. Entry & Admission
5.1. Admission is subject to venue capacity and security checks.
5.2. The ticket holder must present a valid ticket at the entrance.
5.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without explanation.


6. Prohibited Activities
6.1. Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Any form of ticket scalping, fake ticket creation, or fraud will result in ticket cancellation.


7. Event Changes & Cancellations
7.1. The organizer reserves the right to change event details, including time, date, and venue.
7.2. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified of refund or reschedule options.
7.3. The organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs in case of cancellation.


8. Liability & Risk
8.1. Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk.
8.2. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.
8.3. In case of emergencies, all attendees must follow venue safety protocols.


9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1. Ticket buyers' personal data will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
9.2. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to receive relevant event-related communications.
