• Your tickets/vouchers are non-refundable, non-changeable & are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
• If you have chosen the refund-guaranteed upgrade option, your tickets are refundable upon meeting the refund guarantee terms and conditions
• Remember to bring a valid ID to the venue if you've purchased a child or senior ticket.
• Platinumlist accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained during the activity/experience.
• Kids Go free Offer is valid until 31st August 2024 only.
• Offer is valid for 1 kid free for every 1 paying adult.
• Kids 12 years old and below can enjoy a complimentary visit to AYA for every paying adult guest.
• A valid ID proof of kids’ age must be presented at the AYA Front Desk.
• Kids must be accompanied by a guest holding a valid AYA ticket.
