Deepa

Deepa has been practicing Yoga since 2013. She is a certified 500 RYS Yoga Instructor from the reputed and longstanding Sivananda yogic tradition founded in the Himalayas. Her teaching style includes Sivananda Yoga, Hatha Traditional and Hatha Flow (Vinyasa).

She has been part of the corporate world for almost two decades, working in challenging and demanding positions. These experiences have inspired her to explore a balanced approach to life through consistent Yogic practices, teaching and study.

Deepa’s corporate background enables her to fully understand the health issues that manifest due to work life imbalance and as a teacher she is constantly working towards alleviating these issues.
