The Pretenders

British-American rock band The Pretenders have been long regarded as a hit band, with a career that spans over 5 decades, they have travelled the world performing for thousands of fans at numerous headlining concerts and sell-out festivals.

Having originally formed in 1978, The Pretenders have since released ten studio albums, with many of them entering the UK’s Top Ten. Their debut, self-titled album was a chart-topping success and saw the band earn critical acclaim in their home nation as well as throughout Europe and the US, thanks mainly to the lead single ‘Brass in Pocket’. The Pretenders have continued to release numerous singles including ‘Talk of the Town’, ‘I Go to Sleep’ and ‘Hymn to Her’.
