Biography & Career:
Amelie Lens is one of the defining names in modern European techno, a Belgian producer and label owner who built a global career out of Antwerp basements and Hasselt club nights. Electronic music arrived at 15, after a life-changing weekend at Dour Festival, and everything since has grown from that moment. Around the same time a modelling agency spotted her, and for several years the future DJ lived between London, Paris and Milan, walking the runway for Jean Paul Gaultier and fronting a campaign for H&M. That double life ran on quietly: model by day, spinning bass-heavy minimal records at night under a stage name borrowed from her late mother.

The fashion chapter closed in 2014. Giving up modeling to commit fully to music turned out to be the right call - a debut track in 2016 was followed by releases on Second State, a residency at Labyrinth, and a rise so fast it made her one of the most in-demand names in the scene by the end of the decade. Despite an age that still sits comfortably in her thirties, the Belgian has already headlined Tomorrowland, topped the DJ Mag Alternative Top 100 and taken residencies across Ibiza. The current Amelie Lens tour spans 11 countries, and upcoming events run from Seoul, Barcelona and Paris through to Montreal, Los Angeles and Washington DC.

Off stage, things are steadier than the sets suggest. The longtime boyfriend of Amelie Lens, Sam Deliaert, who produced and toured as Farrago, became her husband in the summer of 2022, and the couple welcomed a daughter in December 2023. Family, label and touring now run in parallel - and the queue for tickets keeps getting longer.
