Trey Songz

American singer-songwriter Trey Songz is one of the most in-demand artists in the world today. Having sold over 14 million records worldwide, receiving three Grammy nominations and headlining numerous world tours, Songz is one of the world’s leading names in R&B and Hip-hop.

Despite reluctance to sing, Songz pursued a music career releasing his debut album in 2004. The album, ‘I Gotta Make It’, peaked at Number 6 on the US R&B Charts, setting him up for a promising career. He released his second album, ‘Trey Day’, in 2007, reaching Number 11 in the US.

Songz next albums saw him become a regular name in the US Top Ten, with ‘Ready’ reaching Number 3 and ‘Passion, Pain & Pleasure’, which featured ‘Bottoms Up’ with Nicki Minaj. His following albums, ‘Chapter V’ and ‘Trigga’, which also included the hit tracks ‘Na Na’, topped the US Charts.

Trey Songz has also headlined numerous tours as part of his album releases, seeing him perform across the USA and the world alongside artists such as Chris Brown, Ne-Yo and Miguel. He has also been included as the opening act for Jay Z, Usher and Nicki Minaj on their recent tours.
