Ranjini Jose

Ranjini Jose is an Indian playback singer and TV personality who hails from South India with quite the fan following. Jose began her career through television as host for several music shows on Malayalam TV. This stint proved to be a stepping stone for her entry into mainstream music. Jose has so far sung for nearly 100 films and intends on cutting her own album very soon. Alongside this, she aspires to be a part of Hollywood musical productions and soundtracks, and keep busy in recording studios and concerts than be part of television.

While Jose is best known for her hit ‘Masam masam’ from the movie “Aparichithan” and ‘Ammayyenna Vakku’ from “Po Nmudipuzhayoram”, it is a little known fact that Jose has skills for writing poetry and wishes to write more songs in future. As far as her musical influences goes, Jose continues to be inspired by The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Bee Gees, Elton John, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Seal.
