Indian music duo the Meet Bros are one of the leading names in Bollywood music production. Formed in 2005, the duo has produced numerous singles and soundtracks to some of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters in recent time. Their exciting and entertaining career has seen them win numerous awards as well as performances across the globe.
The Meet Bros first appeared on movie credits in 2010 with their soundtrack for Isi Life Mein. The came together again to produce two more tracks for Do Dooni Chaar and had established themselves as one of the rising acts in the Bollywood music industry, winning the Stardust Award for Outstanding Music Composers.
The duo continued to release music for movies and as singles, each time earning more respect and recognition from fans around India and the region. Their major success came in 2014 with the track ‘Baby Doll’, which was featured on Ragini MMS 2. The track, performed by Kanika Kapoor, won the singer numerous awards including the Screen Guild and Filmfare Awards for Best Female Playback Singer.
2015 was another great year for the Meet Bros, seeing them contribute to the soundtracks of Baby, Roy, Ek Paheli Leela and Calendar Girls. The success of their 2015 productions earnt the Meet Bros numerous awards including a Filmfare Award and the Big Star Award for Most Entertaining Song for Roy’s ‘Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan’.
