Biography & Career  

The Miami Band is a Kuwaiti singing group that was founded in 1991 and is known for its vibrant and energetic style of singing. The band was formed in the mid-1980s by Tariq Qassem Muhammad, Mishaal Saleh Laili, Adnan, and Hussein Ahmed. Shortly after its formation, some members left the band due to undisclosed reasons. However, Laili Muhammad joined the band a week later. Eventually, Mishaal, Hussein, and Khaled also joined but left shortly thereafter. The final lineup of the band consists of Tariq Qassem Mohammed, Khaled Abdul Jalil Al-Randi, Layla Layla Muhammad, and Mishaal Saleh Laili. The band got its name "Miami" from Tarek, who saw the name beautifully written on a chalkboard during one of the summer club seasons. The band officially debuted in 1991 with their album "Sabouha," which was produced and distributed by Al-Masoud Artistic Production Company and achieved success with the song of the same name. Over the years, the band released several albums, including "Ghazala" in 1994, "They Lived" in 1996, "Miami Forever" in 2008, and "Trouble" in 2017. In addition to their album songs, the band also performed patriotic songs, sports songs, TV series intros, and re-recorded traditional songs in their unique and successful style, showcasing their versatility in various musical genres.
