UAE – After a string of sold-out shows and overwhelming audience demand, The Laughter Factory is returning to Grand Millennium Hotel Barsha Heights this August, bringing one of its strongest mixed bills of the year back to one of Dubai's favourite comedy venues.

For more than three decades, The Laughter Factory has built its reputation on spotting exceptional talent before the rest of the world catches on. From future arena headliners to award- winning newcomers, audiences know that every show delivers a carefully curated line-up of comedians at the very top of their game.

This August is no exception.

Heading the tour is Ricky Balshaw, whose extraordinary life story is matched only by his exceptional comedy. A Paralympic Dressage medallist, Ricky transforms his experiences of living with cerebral palsy into fearless, brilliantly crafted stand-up packed with warmth, honesty and devastating punchlines. Already a firm favourite across Britain's biggest comedy clubs, he is widely regarded as one of the UK's brightest emerging comedians.

Joining him is award-winning American comedian and one of London's hottest new acts, Tevin Everett. With more than one million online views, rave reviews and a place in the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year final, Tevin combines explosive storytelling with razor-sharp observations and boundless charisma.

Also appearing is Abz Ali, one of the country';s most recognisable stand-up performers. Abz has been hand-picked to open for international comedy giants including Wayne Brady at Dubai's Coca-Cola Arena, and Mo Amer and Maz Jobrani at Etihad Arena and Abu Dhabi Comedy Week. Drawing on life as an Emirati, Abz delivers a refreshingly original perspective filled with sharp observations, spot-on impersonations and the viral humour that has made his Arab Misconceptions videos a social media hit.

Returning to The Laughter Factory stage is Miqdaad Dohadwala, one of the UAE's best-loved comedians. Miqdaad combines relatable observations and effortless crowd work that have earned him a loyal following throughout the region.

Completing the line-up is Dubai favourite Andrea Brooks. A finalist in Survival of the Funniest, Andrea's stories of expat life, relationships and life's glorious red flags are delivered with infectious enthusiasm and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.
