Abdallah Al Rowaished (the birth name is Abdallah Abdulrahman Mohamed Alruwaished) is a Kuwaiti singer and actor known throughout the Arabian world. He was born on July 18, 1961 and was brought up in Islamic traditional values. His parents and brother Mohamed Al Rowaished always believed in his talent and encouraged him.
The singer began his career at the beginning of the 80s when he released his first album in collaboration with AlNazer Music Production Company. His first album was called Rahalti (1983), then almost each year the singer introduced a new album to his fans. The best of which are Weinak (1998), Watan Omri (2000), Efeeni (2002), Laylat Omer (2010) and others. All in all, the world has seen over 30 of Abdallah Al Rowaished albums.
Abdallah Al Rowaished songs got a remarkable popularity in the Arabic world and his concerts attracted a lot of viewers. His best songs Wainak (1998), Sadiqini (1999), Elly Nasak (2000), Mafe Ahad Mertah (2005) and others got hundreds of thousands views on YouTube.
When the Gulf War was over, Alruwaished came back to his motherland Kuwait and continued with his music career. One of his most remarkable creations was the theme song for the Arab Press Production Center television drama series Oyoun Alya made in 2008.
