By purchasing a ticket and attending the concert, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Restrictions

• This is a 14+ concert. Individuals under the age of 14 will not be permitted entry.
• Original and Valid government-issued identification (passport, QID, or driver’s license) is mandatory for age verification at entry. Copies or images will not be accepted

2. Dress Code

• Clothing with offensive language, symbols, graphics, or political messages is strictly prohibited.

3. Security, Screening & Prohibited Items

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all attendees must comply with security regulations:

• Entry Screening: All attendees will be subject to security checks upon arrival.
• Prohibited Items:
• Smoking & Vaping: Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.
• Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted. F&B services will be available for purchase on-site via cash or card.
• Flags & Banners: Not allowed inside the venue.
• Weapons & Hazardous Materials: Firearms, knives, fireworks, or any dangerous objects are prohibited.

4. Ticket Validity and Entry

A valid ticket is required for entry for all attendees, including adults and children.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
• Tickets must be purchased for personal use only through authorised ticketing platforms, including:
  • platinumlist.net
• The resale, duplication, or use of tickets for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket without compensation.
• E-tickets must be kept readily available and presented upon request by venue staff.
• Each ticket permits single entry only; re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• The Organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the event caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions or legal regulations
• Public health emergencies
• Safety or security concerns
• Any other unforeseen circumstances

In the event of event cancellation or postponement, refund eligibility will be determined according to the Organizer’s official refund policy outlined below.

Organizer’s Official Refund Policy

• Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the base ticket price. Service charges, processing fees, and add-ons (such as delivery, insurance, or merchandise) may not be refundable.
• Event Postponement: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests, if permitted, must be submitted within the specified time frame communicated by the Organizer.
• No-Show: Tickets are non-refundable if the ticket holder fails to attend the event for personal reasons.
• Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original method of payment within 30 business days from the date the refund is approved.

1. Gates Opening Timing (May 16)

• Gates:  Gate opening times will be announced closer to the event date. Please check the official event website and social media channels for updates.

2. Respect for Qatar’s Culture

• Attendees are expected to respect Qatar’s culture and traditions.
• Any behavior or actions that violate local customs, laws, or public decency may result in removal from the venue.

3. Photography & Recording

• Professional photography, video recording, and live streaming are not permitted without prior authorisation.
• By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.
• For the safety and security of all attendees, CCTV surveillance will be in operation throughout the event site.
• By entering the event site, you consent to being recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

4. Liability & Lost & Found

• The concert organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
• A Lost & Found station will be available at the venue. Attendees can report or retrieve lost items from this designated area.

5. Wheelchair Accessibility

• Dedicated wheelchair-accessible areas will be available inside the venue.

6. Merchandise

• Official Travis Scott merchandise will be available for purchase inside the venue, subject to stock availability.

7. Transportation & Parking

• Access: AlRifaa Metro Station – Next to Mall of Qatar
• Parking: Available at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium
• Taxi Services: Karwa taxis will be available for drop-off and pick-up at Mall of Qatar - West Gate Parking

• Alcohol and illegal substances
• Animals - Certified assistance animals permitted for accessibility customers on a case by case basis.
• Any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon or to cause harm - including but not limited to, firearms, bayonets, daggers, switch blades, knives, explosive substances, explosive devices, detonator parts, batons, projectiles, boomerangs, CS gas and pepper spray, radioactive and corrosive materials.
• Any item that may cause alarm or disturbance

  • Any Medical food and beverage requirements must have prior authorisation and Prescription letter carried at all times to enter the venue.
