The UAE is about to get a sweet new addition to its food scene. Australia’s popular Brooki Bakehouse is making its way to the region, bringing its famous chunky cookies to local dessert lovers.
Founder Brooke Bellamy recently shared her plans for expansion at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival, revealing that the brand is looking to open a permanent location in the UAE later this year. Talks are already underway to establish a franchise, marking an exciting step for the bakehouse.
Brooki Bakehouse first made an appearance in the UAE as a pop-up at Abu Dhabi’s MOTN festival last year. The response was overwhelming — long queues of eager customers waited for hours to get their hands on a box of these indulgent cookies. The demand was clear, and now, Brooki Bakehouse is ready to set up shop in the region.
Brooki Bakehouse started in 2022 as a delivery-only business, offering freshly baked cookies straight to customers’ doors. Before launching her brand, Brooke traveled the world, visiting bakeries and gathering inspiration. That passion led to a successful business, with two branches already thriving in Australia and a third on the way. The UAE expansion is just the beginning, with future plans also pointing toward the United Kingdom.

The bakehouse is known for its thick, New York-style cookies packed with flavor. Some of its bestsellers include: NYC Cookie with dark chocolate and walnut, Milk Choc Hazelnut filled with creamy Nutella, Cookie Butter stuffed with Biscoff, Red Velvet, and Double Chocolate. Seasonal and limited-edition flavors are also part of the mix, keeping customers coming back for new surprises.
The exact location of the upcoming UAE branch hasn’t been revealed yet, but dessert lovers can stay tuned for more updates. If the pop-up’s success is anything to go by, Brooki Bakehouse is set to become a go-to spot for cookie fans in the Emirates.
