This November, Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara is bringing back its much-loved Al Baleed Culinary Festival for its fourth edition. Running throughout the month, the festival promises a unique fusion of Michelin-starred culinary mastery and the authentic flavors of Oman.

Special dinners by chefs from three-Michelin-starred restaurants:

  • Chef Jacob Jan Boerma (from restaurant De Leest in the Netherlands) will headline the ‘Symphony of Taste’ dinner on November 12
  • Chef Christian Jürgens (from restaurant Überfahrt, Germany) will present ‘Pursuit of Excellence’ on November 15

These exclusive dinners will take place at the resort’s Mekong restaurant and feature four-course menus that beautifully blend Omani ingredients with the chefs’ renowned international culinary skills.

Chefs Ammar Al Harthi and Khalood Abdullah Jamaan Khazana will bring Omani traditions to life with ‘Omani Nights,’ a four-course menu paired with traditional entertainment, on November 7 and 21.

Frankincense Experience will immerse guests in Salalah’s rich cultural heritage. On November 2, 9, and 16, it will take you on a farm-to-table journey with a guided tour, a signature frankincense-inspired spa ritual, and a two-course harvest lunch made from the freshest local produce and seafood.
