The Aljada community in Sharjah is about to get a big parking upgrade. Parkin is stepping in to handle parking across this growing mixed-use development, which includes everything from residential and retail areas to commercial spaces.
In total, Parkin plans to add nearly 9,900 parking spaces across the Aljada community:
- By Q2 2026: 400 building parking spaces will be ready
- By Q3 2026: 1,400 on-street and off-street spaces will be available
- By 2030, the remaining spots will be completed
Each space will be integrated into Parkin’s smart system, which means camera-based entry and exit, along with automatic payments via the Parkin wallet. You’ll drive in, the system recognizes your vehicle, and payment will be handled automatically.
