Driving between Sharjah and Dubai? There will be changes to your route on Al Taawun Street starting June 13. Road works in the area will bring a temporary partial closure, but Sharjah RTA has already prepared alternative routes for drivers.

Here’s how traffic will be redirected:

  • Towards Dubai or Al Nahda Bridge: you’ll be routed through Al Corniche Street
  • From Al Nahda Bridge towards Sharjah: you’ll be directed to the newly developed Al Taawun Street
