Al Wathba Food Festival is Back with Emirati Dishes and Family Workshops

Families and food lovers have another reason to visit Sheikh Zayed Festival this month: Al Wathba Food Festival is now open in Abu Dhabi. Running until November 23, the festival is all about celebrating Emirati food and bringing people together around local flavours.

Visitors can watch live cooking shows, take part in food-themed activities, and enjoy dishes prepared by talented home cooks and small local businesses.

There are 14 cooking competitions happening throughout the event, where families, schools, and chefs show off their best recipes. Kids can also join fun workshops about healthy eating and local produce, while adults can sample traditional treats and learn more about sustainable food.
