Luxury coastal developments continue to grow along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coastline, and one of the standout additions on the horizon is the upcoming AMAALA Triple Bay Marina Yacht Club. The club is expected to open in late 2025, bringing a new level of yachting lifestyle to the region.

Designed to be both functional and stylish, the yacht club will be at the centre of AMAALA’s marina village, a growing community aimed at welcoming global travellers, yachting enthusiasts, and local visitors. It is intended to act as a central social hub where members can work, relax, and take part in a full calendar of events.

The structure itself spans 7,900 square metres over four levels, designed by the global firm HKS. It features a 10-hectare basin and will accommodate up to 120 berths. Guests can expect the venue to host a wide range of on-water and dockside events — from regattas and private yacht outings to exhibitions and maritime shows.

The design draws inspiration from the Red Sea’s coastal terrain. Cantilevered terraces take cues from local cliff lines, and traditional architectural elements are reflected through the use of stone, leather, and timber — all sourced locally.

It blends natural influences with a contemporary layout to create a marina space that reflects both place and purpose. Beyond the visuals, the club’s goal is to provide the comforts of a high-end members’ club — with marina views, meeting spaces, and facilities for leisure and business — in one connected setting.

As the Red Sea coast opens up to travellers, the AMAALA Triple Bay Marina Yacht Club is positioned to become a central destination for visitors looking to explore the region by sea — and experience the country’s next chapter in upscale tourism.
