One of the UAE’s most beloved Italian spots, Antonia, is opening its doors in the northern emirate, bringing its famous Roman-style pizza to Ras Al Khaimah. You may already know Antonia from its popular locations in other UAE cities, and now, it’s coming to RAK with the same flavour-packed pizzas and authentic Italian vibes.

Antonia’s story goes way beyond just great food. It’s built on family tradition and a passion for top-notch ingredients. The star of the restaurant is Roman-style pizza, served by the slice. This dough, made from a sourdough starter created by Simone’s grandmother back in 1972, is fermented for 72 hours, ensuring the perfect crust.

The menu includes both classics like Margherita, Diavola, or Quattro Formaggi and a few unique creations. Beyond the pizza, you can dive into fresh salads, handmade pastas, and desserts that will have you coming back for more.

While the official opening date for Antonia in Ras Al Khaimah hasn’t been announced yet, you can bet that this spot will be a game-changer for the city’s growing dining scene.

It’s another step in Ras Al Khaimah’s evolution, which already includes a growing list of soon-to-come developments like Wynn Al Marjan Island and its restaurants – supper-club Delilah and a steakhouse by Alain Ducasse. This place is definitely one to keep an eye on!
