A new law in Saudi Arabia will soon allow foreign individuals and companies to own property in the Kingdom, starting from January 2026. This marks a major policy shift aimed at supporting Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s national strategy to grow the economy beyond oil and attract more international investment. Great news for travelers! Emirates is resuming flights from DXB to Antananarivo (Madagascar) starting Thursday, October 23. The airline will restart the flights between Dubai and Antananarivo, as well as flights connecting Seychelles and Madagascar. Construction has officially started on the UAE-Oman railway project, marking a significant milestone in regional connectivity and GCC cooperation. The long-anticipated Hafeet Rail line will initially run between Abu Dhabi and Sohar, Oman’s key port city.
