A new luxury landmark is on the horizon for the UAE capital. A Bvlgari Resort & Mansions is officially coming to Abu Dhabi, bringing Italian sophistication and Arabian elegance together on a private, horseshoe-shaped island. The resort is expected to welcome guests in 2030.

This upcoming megaproject will include 60 rooms and suites, such as two Bvlgari Suites and one Bvlgari Penthouse, as well as 30 villas — each with its own private pool and stunning sea or skyline views. The development will also feature 90 unique mansions in various sizes, designed to reflect a fusion of architectural styles.

The island’s setting promises dramatic scenery from every direction. Guests will enjoy panoramic views of either the open sea and sunsets or the ornate Qasr Al Watan palace and Abu Dhabi’s skyline.

At the heart of the resort lies a purpose-built Bvlgari Spa spanning 2,000 square metres. It will offer a full range of wellness experiences, from a 25-metre lap pool and high-end fitness centre to an outdoor deck designed for relaxation with a sea-facing backdrop.

The Bvlgari Yacht Club will include a private beach, a 40-berth marina, and a members-only programme, adding a nautical edge to the luxury retreat.

Several signature restaurants will open onsite, including:

  • Il Ristorante – Niko Romito with modern Italian cuisine
  • Hōseki, an intimate Japanese dining experience
  • La Spiaggia, a Turkish fine-dining concept
  • Bvlgari Bar with refined cocktails and light bites

For more casual moments, Il Caffè and Bvlgari Dolci will offer lighter meals and Italian pastries. La Galleria, the resort’s retail space, will feature both international and regional designers.

Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, described the project as “a tribute to Abu Dhabi’s unique cultural identity, blending timeless sophistication with modern luxury.”

The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated hospitality openings in the region — and a bold addition to the capital’s evolving skyline.
