The city is about to welcome the arrival of CZN Burak Gurme, the global Turkish brand created by chef and internet sensation Burak Özdemir. Known for his energetic personality and massive online following, Chef Burak is bringing his signature take on Turkish comfort food to one of the Kingdom’s most historic cities.
Located on Artaah Ibn Al Munther, the new restaurant will soon open its doors to offer a gourmet twist on traditional Turkish dishes.
The menu will kick off with Turkish breakfasts: Menemen (soft scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers), fresh-from-the-oven Simit, and a range of morning favorites that are perfect for sharing with family or friends.
Lovers of hearty mains can enjoy classic Doner Kebabs, İskender Kebabs, tender Lamb Chops, and Burgers with a Turkish twist for those craving something familiar. And of course, no Turkish meal is complete without dessert, so you can indulge in Baklava, best enjoyed with a cup of traditional tea or coffee.
CZN Burak Gurme has already made itself a name across the Middle East, with locations in cities like Amman and Dubai, and now, Madina will be the first to have the restaurant in Saudi Arabia.
