Qiddiya City is quickly becoming the place to be in Saudi Arabia, and soon, it’ll be home to a brand-new hotel. Aquarabia Park Hotel, opening in January 2026, will be a great option for families, adventure seekers, or anyone looking to stay close to all the fun while still being able to relax.
The 12-floor hotel is being built right inside Aquarabia Water Park, so guests will have direct access to the water park, so it’s easy to head straight into the fun.
Aquarabia Park Hotel will have 550 rooms, combining comfort with fun water-themed touches. The rooms will have plenty of space and views of the water slides, pools, and other attractions. There will also be family-friendly lounges, several dining spots, a private pool deck, and a spa to unwind after a busy day of activities.
Aquarabia Water Park will be a big draw, with 22 rides and attractions, including five that will set new records. For the first time in the region, it’ll feature both wet and dry rides, so there’s something for everyone — whether you’re looking for relaxation or an adrenaline rush.
The hotel is just one part of the bigger picture at Qiddiya City, which aims to be the go-to spot for entertainment in Saudi Arabia. Future attractions include Six Flags, a golf course by Nick Faldo, a Performing Arts Centre, new stadium to host 2034 FIFA World Cup games, and Mercedes-AMG World of Performance.
