Ever thought about living somewhere where your day naturally slows down? There’s a new residential community coming up in Sharjah called Sukoon, and it breathes wellness and calm into daily living.
The plan includes 859 villas and townhouses, which will be built in four phases. All units come with smart home features. The residential areas will be connected by a 3,000 sqm lagoon at the center of the community.
Residents of Sukoon will have gardens, quiet corners, wellness spaces, pools, cycling tracks, and play areas for kids within walking distance. Nurseries, mosques, and retail spots are also part of the community.

Another advantage is the location. Sukoon will be a short drive from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, with access via major highways. Completion of the project is expected in Q2 2029.
Here’s another large project coming to Sharjah, and its scale is impressive. Ajmal Makan City will feature 1,500 units, a theme park with, a marina, and even resorts. Luxury and wellness-focused living is becoming more common in the emirate.
