If you like your coffee with a side of sea breeze and stunning architecture, this one’s for you. LOCAL, the homegrown favourite spot known for its laid-back vibe and solid brews, has launched a pop-up right under the dome of Louvre Abu Dhabi. And it’s only here for a limited time.
Set inside a sleek glass cube, this temporary café feels right at home among the museum’s filtered light. It’s calm, minimal, and quietly cool — perfect whether you’re winding down after gallery-hopping or just in the mood for a peaceful cup with a view.

You’ll find signature drinks like matcha, homemade iced teas, and all the espresso essentials. There’s beanbags if you want to stretch out, cushions if you’re staying a while, and just enough shade to make you forget the summer heat outside.
The pop-up is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM. After 4:30 PM, entry to the dome area is free if you’re just dropping by for LOCAL (just mention it at the entrance). You’ll still need a ticket to enter the museum galleries.
