A popular London-born burger joint is preparing to make its debut in the UAE capital. Supernova Burger, known for its loyal fanbase and fuss-free approach to comfort food, is bringing its much-loved menu to Abu Dhabi.
The homegrown UK brand made its name in London with a “keep it simple” ethos — clean, pared-back interiors and a sharp focus on the essentials. The menu features a handful of positions:
- Classic and house cheeseburgers, with signature sauces
- Hand-cut fries
- Sundaes topped with caramel or chocolate

The brand first opened in Soho, quickly becoming a go-to for burger lovers in the West End. A new Mayfair location is also underway, and a Riyadh branch is set to open soon, expanding its regional footprint.
For its UAE debut, Supernova has partnered with Belhasa Hospitality, the team behind several successful culinary concepts across the country. The Abu Dhabi branch will open in a standalone villa (exact location to be confirmed), offering a new setting for locals and visitors to enjoy Supernova’s stripped-back but satisfying menu.
