Public first appeared in Dubai, with locations at Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, and Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. After expanding to Saudi Arabia, it has now made its way to the capital’s Al Bateen Marina, saving local fans a trip to another city for their favorite dessert.
