Bahrain is welcoming the Holy Month with Ramadhan Al Khayr, a special program of cultural events and heritage-inspired activities. Organized by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, the season promises a mix of tradition and entertainment for locals and visitors.
Manama Nights (Second Edition)
Back for its second year, Manama Nights will take place at the Bahrain National Theatre, offering a lively atmosphere with nine different shops to explore.
Visitors can enjoy:
- Traditional performances
- Fun ‘Taybeen Games’ zone
- A special screen showing the moon’s phases throughout Ramadan
Manama Souq Activities
From March 1 to 30, Manama Souq will come to life with beautiful Ramadan-themed decorations and daily performances by Al Musaher, the traditional night caller. The souq will host 12 shops and restaurants, welcoming visitors:
- 7 PM to midnight on weekdays
- 7 PM to 1 AM on weekends
Heritage Village & Pearling Path Events
For those looking to dive deeper into Bahrain’s culture, the Heritage Village and Pearling Path will host a variety of interactive activities. The Ramadan Heritage Village Evenings Festival will be a highlight, offering a unique chance to experience Ramadan traditions up close.
