Ras Al Khaimah Airport (RKT) is taking luxury travel to a whole new level. The hub is building a new VVIP terminal and private jet hangar that promises to make any arrival feel like a first-class experience. Designed to cater to the needs of high-end travelers, this facility will offer everything from royal lounges to private spaces, making it feel more like a luxury hotel than an airport terminal.

The hangar will accommodate everything from small private jets to larger aircraft, and it’ll offer maintenance services to make sure everything stays in top shape.

Plus, this facility will be as eco-friendly as it is luxurious. Solar power, electric ground equipment, and sustainable aviation fuel will keep things green while delivering top-tier service.

More luxury travel options and amenities are on the way to Ras Al Khaimah. Recently, it was announced that a new superyacht marina will be built on Raha Island. It looks like the emirate will be soon welcoming VIPs by both air and sea.

While there are no clear dates on the marina, the VVIP terminal will open in 2027, but this is only one piece of the puzzle. The emirate has bold plans to become the go-to destination for those seeking something truly special. With the opening of Wynn Al Marjan Island and other hotels like Enclave, Fairmont, and NH Collection, RAK will soon turn into one of the most exclusive spots to visit in the UAE.
