A Time of Faith and Reflection

Ramadan is one of the most significant months in the Islamic calendar, during which Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset, refraining from food, drink, and other physical needs as an act of worship. It is also a time of increased prayer, charity, and community bonding, with families and friends gathering for Iftar, the meal to break the fast at sunset.

With the official start date confirmed, mosques, organizations, and households are making final preparations for the month-long observance. Special night prayers known as Taraweeh will begin in mosques worldwide, while charitable initiatives will provide meals and assistance to those in need.

The end of Ramadan will be marked by Eid al-Fitr, a joyous celebration following a month of fasting, expected to fall on April 30th, 2025, depending on moon sighting.

As the holy month begins, we extend our warmest wishes to those observing. Ramadan Kareem!
