Sharjah Literature Festival is back for its second edition in 2026. You can also join thought-provoking panel discussions with renowned authors like Afra Mahmoud and Sara Galadari, where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at their creative processes and insights into the world of literature.
You could even find yourself getting lost in one of the many engaging workshops, or enjoying an intimate performance by musicians like Almaydee or the Oud Duo band.
This year, the festival has a variety of activities to keep you entertained and inspired. From deep discussions on topics like Ancient Civilisation in Mleiha, to fun storytelling sessions for the kids at the “Sayedat Al Hekayat” corner, there’s no shortage of experiences to dive into.
