The UAE’s National Day holiday will officially be observed on December 2nd and 3rd, 2024. Falling on a Monday and Tuesday, this extends the weekend to a fantastic four-day break. Eid Al Etihad: A New Chapter for UAE’s National Day

This year, UAE’s National Day has a fresh new name—Eid Al Etihad—capturing the spirit of unity that defines the nation. Head to Expo City for two free concerts at the stunning Al Wasl Dome, where the Firdaus Orchestra, an all-female ensemble, will bring Emirati national songs to life. From November 29 to December 3, nightly fireworks will illuminate the skies at 9 PM, showcasing the UAE’s iconic colors. On December 2, a captivating drone display will narrate the story of the nation in an unforgettable way.

Don’t miss the operetta running from December 1 to 3, a spectacular theatrical production featuring over 40 artists. This unique performance, blending traditional Emirati elements with modern storytelling, is set against the UAE’s historic founding moments in 1971.
