Ajman Half Marathon is hitting the streets this Sunday, and with it comes some temporary road closures. Several roads will be closed on December 28, so make sure to plan your journey in advance to avoid any traffic headaches. The closure will last from 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Be sure to plan ahead to make sure you’re not caught in the detour!
The race is expected to attract lots of runners and spectators. Ajman Police have shared a map where the closed roads are clearly marked in black.
During the event, traffic teams will be helping to direct cars and minimize disruptions. Be sure to follow the signs and police instructions, and if you’re planning to drive in the area, give yourself a little extra time.
And speaking of road safety, here’s something else you’ll want to know. In August 2025, Ajman issued new safety regulations, which include a ban on electric scooters and similar two-wheeled vehicles on all public roads and streets. Make sure you’re aware of these important changes!
