Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is about to get even more exciting with the announcement of not just one, but two new beaches coming soon to Yas Bay Waterfront. The development, spearheaded by Miral, promises to add a whole new dimension to the island’s already vibrant entertainment and leisure offerings.
Named West Beach and East Beach, these two new destinations are set to redefine beach fun for visitors of all ages. Stretching an impressive 280 meters each, they will collectively span 560 meters of pristine shoreline, making them perfect for a day of sun, sand, and sea.

West Beach
West Beach is tailor-made for those seeking a fun-filled day out with loved ones. Situated on the west side of the pier, this family-friendly destination boasts a variety of amenities and attractions.
From beachside play areas where children can frolic to a diverse array of dining options ranging from restaurants to food trucks, West Beach has it all. Pedestrian walkways ensure easy access, while rest and recreation facilities cater to every need.
East Beach
On the east side of the pier, just a stone’s throw away from the Etihad Arena, lies East Beach – the epitome of coastal cool for grown-ups. Fitness enthusiasts will rejoice at the outdoor fitness space, which includes designated areas for beach football and volleyball.
But that’s not all; with open seating areas offering prime views of the action, visitors can look forward to enjoying concerts, sporting events, and mesmerizing sunsets from the comfort of the beach.
Both beaches will complement the existing attractions on Yas Island, including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, among others.
