Korean-American singer, rapper, breakdancer, songwriter, Jay Park, is born in Seattle, Washington.
Park was first known to appear on the reality TV show Hot Blood Men by M.net, showcasing the documentary of the future members of idol groups 2AM and 2PM, where park rose to fame as the charismatic leader of 2PM from 2008-2009.
In 2010, Park's rendition of B.oB.'s Nothin on You reached more than 1.5 million views on YouTube, which triggered Warner Music Korea to release a Jay Park vesion of the song. The mentioned secured the number 1 spot on Korean music charts.
Park is now a member of the b-boy group (break dancing) called AOM or Art of Movement, and since then, he has been holding concerts in Korea, US, Japan, and other Asian countries.
