Alizz is a Medical Doctor, Yoga Therapist, DJane and Sound Therapist and co-founder of the Alchemy Studio.

She found her true purpose in combining Western medicine with Sound to help people step into their potential to release unhealed traumas and consequently be able to live a life they truly love and deserve.

About two years ago she discovered Soundbaths as a powerful tool to deeply relax and restore the body, mind and soul. Today she offers a guided Soundbath Meditation for you to calm down and shift your energy.


Irina is a Sound & Reiki Healer and founder of the sound collective Alchemy Studio.

A sound bath is pretty much one of the most relaxing things you can do. She loves to work with sound and meditation because it allows you to still the mind and relax deeply.

Our mind is so busy that it seems hard to slow down. She uses special Crystal Alchemy Bowls in her Soundbaths which pretty much do the work for you.

You just need to lay down and relax. The sounds guide you effortlessly into a very deep state of relaxation. A perfect way to relax and recharge all you do is lay back, relax, close you eyes and listen and get ready to receive. This time is just for you.
