The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has rolled out two new exits this week, aiming to ease congestion and better connect residential areas and leisure spots to the city’s main roads.

1. Exit for Town Square Residents

Residents of Town Square now have a direct exit to E611 (Emirates Road). The connection was part of a broader plan announced in February 2025 to relieve pressure on Al Qudra Road, a route that regularly sees heavy traffic during rush hour.

Previously, exiting Town Square could take up to an hour during peak times. The new route aims to reduce this journey to around 10 minutes.

This improvement also supports nearby communities such as Mira, with better overall connectivity expected.

2. New Exit from Kite Beach

A second newly opened exit now links Kite Beach to Jumeirah Street via Umm Suqeim 1. This upgrade offers easier navigation for beachgoers and commuters in the area. The RTA shared a video walkthrough of the updated route on social media, guiding drivers on how to access the new connection.

These upgrades are part of RTA’s ongoing efforts to reduce traffic bottlenecks and improve mobility across Dubai — particularly between growing residential communities and high-traffic leisure destinations.

So whether you’re headed to the beach or just trying to get home faster, these new exits are designed to get you there more efficiently.
