Ossiano, one of Dubai’s most celebrated fine dining restaurants, has unveiled an exciting new 10-course tasting menu, crafted by the renowned Michelin-starred Chef Grégoire Berger. Known for his boundary-pushing creativity, Chef Berger’s latest creation, “A Culinary Voyage”, transports diners on an unforgettable journey across coastal regions, drawing on the flavors and traditions of cities from Seville to Brittany.

The immersive experience, designed to connect diners with the sea, begins with a visually stunning compass-themed presentation. Some standout dishes include the coral-shaped snack, the blue spirulina meringue paired with Sicilian purple prawn tartare, and a Norwegian langoustine infused with Latin American influences. Each dish is a reflection of Berger’s culinary storytelling — evoking memories of travels and showcasing the beauty of seasonal, sustainable ingredients sourced from oceans and coastlines worldwide.
The dining experience takes place in a subterranean dining room, 10 meters beneath the water, where guests are treated to a mesmerizing view of the surrounding aquarium, complete with marine life. This visual splendor, combined with Chef Berger’s cuisine, makes Ossiano a one-of-a-kind destination in Dubai.
Chef Berger’s Ossiano has seen remarkable success this year, including ranking 87th on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 and earning a spot as the highest new entry in Middle East and Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants. The restaurant continues to push culinary boundaries while holding onto its well-deserved Michelin star.
The new 10-course tasting menu starts at AED 1,250, with optional wine pairings from AED 845 and non-alcoholic pairings at AED 315. It’s available daily from 6 PM to 1 AM, with the last seating at 9 PM.
