A new culinary experience is coming to Riyadh, and it’s not your typical fine dining restaurant. Julien by Daniel Boulud, set to open inside the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, will offer a highly exclusive chef’s table experience — limited to just 10 seats.

This intimate concept is the latest creation from Chef Daniel Boulud, celebrated globally for his refined approach to French cuisine. Julien will take the idea of a tasting menu to new heights with a multi-sensory, live-cooking format that blends hospitality and performance.

Guests will be seated around a marble-topped chef’s counter in a hidden enclave behind Café Boulud, accessible through a discreet corridor flanked by a bakery and wine cellar.

Inside, the space has been designed to feel immersive and personal, with soft lighting and a direct view of the open kitchen. At the heart of Julien is Chef Thierry Motsch, who will lead the kitchen in executing a refined tasting menu curated by Boulud himself.

While full details of the menu are still under wraps, diners can expect dishes that merge French culinary technique with regional inspiration — like the mention of Sumac Salmon as a possible preview.

Julien is not simply about dining — it’s about being part of a carefully crafted experience. With only ten seats and high expectations for demand, it’s likely to become one of Riyadh’s most coveted reservations when it officially opens later this month.

Whether you’re a fan of fine dining or simply curious about where Riyadh’s culinary scene is heading next, Julien by Daniel Boulud is one experience you don’t want to miss.
