Dubai’s dining scene continues to attract global names, and the latest arrival is Villa Coconut, a popular Egyptian concept making its international debut in the heart of DIFC.

Villa Coconut was first launched by TLT Concepts in the beachside town of El Gouna, Egypt. Known for its easy-going charm, clean white interiors, and laid-back energy, the original venue became a go-to spot on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. Now, the concept enters the UAE market with a fresh new location in Gate Avenue, DIFC.

What to expect at Villa Coconut in Dubai:

  • Mediterranean cuisine remains the heart of the menu, with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and artistic presentation.
  • Guests can enjoy familiar favourites from the El Gouna location, alongside exclusive dishes created especially for Dubai diners.
  • The space blends the brand’s signature brightness with DIFC’s contemporary edge.

For something more intimate, the Dubai branch hides a secret: The Lava Room, a speakeasy tucked behind closed doors within Villa Coconut.

  • Capacity of only 30 to 40 guests
  • Ambience with low lighting and exclusive vibes
  • Concept: a moody retreat for private gatherings or quiet evenings

This isn’t TLT Concepts’ first international move in 2024. The team previously opened The Lemon Tree and Co. in Greece and now adds Villa Coconut Dubai to its growing portfolio across the region.

Villa Coconut is currently in its soft opening phase, giving Dubai residents and visitors an early taste of what’s to come. Whether you’re in the mood for Mediterranean fare or looking to discover a new speakeasy, DIFC’s latest addition is worth a visit.
