Dubai’s homegrown dining scene has a new addition to explore. Hospitality group TABLE4TWO — the team behind Zaza Slice, Rascals Deli, and the upcoming Dime Burger — has just launched its first licensed concept: Apollo, a contemporary all-day bistro located in Palm Views West.

This fresh dining destination brings a casual, stylish atmosphere with modern comfort food, sweeping views over Ain Dubai and the Marina, and a space designed for everything from a quick solo bite to a full dinner with friends.

Created by Muqaddas Akkari Studio, the interiors combine raw textures, rich burgundy tones, wood accents, and plush velvet for a space that’s warm, modern, and welcoming. Floor-to-ceiling windows keep the energy open and airy, while setting the stage for those impressive views across Palm Jumeirah’s waters.

The menu focuses on updated classics and shareable plates. Highlights from the bar bites include:

  • Chicken & Waffles with Caviar
  • Duck Arayes
  • French Onion Croquettes

There’s a raw selection too, featuring Beef Tartare with soy-cured egg yolk and a classic Ceviche.

For mains, expect generous servings of comfort favourites with a twist, such as:

  • Chicken Pot Pie
  • Duck Confit with Arroz Nikkei
  • Mushroom Risotto with Parmesan foam
  • Steak Frites

Sandwich lovers can opt for the Apollo Burger made with dry-aged Wagyu, a Hotel Club Sandwich, or a decadent Lobster Roll.

Desserts don’t disappoint either. Basque Cheesecake, Honeycake, and Pain Perdu are among the sweet finishes that round out the experience.

Once open, Apollo will operate from lunch until late, promising a relaxed but polished vibe to the Palm — a place where local flavour meets thoughtful design and comfort-driven dining.
