Saudi Arabia’s capital is undergoing a major transformation, and The Avenues – Riyadh is set to be one of its centrepieces. Inspired by the popular destination of the same name in Kuwait, this massive development will become a key spot for shopping, hospitality, business and culture in the Kingdom.
The Avenues – Riyadh will take shape in the north of Riyadh, at the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahad Road. The project will cover more than 1.8 million square metres, positioning it as one of the largest malls in the region.

The design of the complex follows Salmani architecture, which blends traditional Najdi aesthetics with modern functionality: clean lines, natural materials, airy courtyards and warm desert-inspired tones. Sustainability is also built into the core of the project.
The development will include five high-rise towers, each with a distinct role:
- Tower 1: Office spaces
- Tower 2: Waldorf Astoria Hotel
- Tower 3: Premium residential apartments
- Tower 4: Canopy by Hilton
- Tower 5: Conrad Hotel

A standout feature of The Avenues – Riyadh is The Souk. Designed to reflect Saudi heritage, this area will offer a traditional-style market experience with Najdi architecture, intimate cafés, and winding alleys inspired by local landscapes.
The Avenues – Riyadh is scheduled to open in late 2026. Once completed, it’s expected to become a major attraction in the capital for both residents and visitors.
