Saudi Arabia is expanding its list of major urban developments, and one of the newest additions is Othaim Circle. The project is currently under construction in Al Khobar, along the popular Prince Turki Street, with a view of the Arabian Gulf.
Spanning 52,000 square metres, Othaim Circle is designed to combine shopping, dining, and entertainment in one coastal location. The layout includes open-air walkways, natural light, and uninterrupted sea views, offering visitors a mix of indoor and outdoor access across the development.

Retail takes centre stage at Othaim Circle, with over 80 shops planned. The commercial mix includes both high-end international brands and local businesses, aiming to attract a wide range of customers.
Alongside the retail offering, the development will also include 86 restaurants and cafés. Many will feature al fresco seating with views over the Gulf, targeting residents, tourists, and weekend visitors looking for relaxed dining by the water.

Othaim Circle will also feature wellness and leisure amenities such as:
- A luxury spa and gym
- Cinemas
- A family entertainment centre
- A sports club
- Green spaces throughout the property
Othaim Circle is positioned to become one of the Eastern Province’s key lifestyle destinations, adding both functional infrastructure and recreational value to the area. It will also create hundreds of new jobs in the area and attract over a million annual visitors.
