Konjiki Hototogisu, one of Tokyo’s top ramen spots, is all set to open its second Dubai branch next month at Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah. Known for its iconic clam-and-chicken broth ramen topped with truffle oil, this new spot will follow the success of the first location at Mall of the Emirates.

The restaurant will have a soft opening on Wednesday, September 3, and the grand opening event on Tuesday, September 23, will feature a special appearance by Chef Yamamoto himself.

Konjiki Hototogisu’s new branch at Nakheel Mall will offer a blend of Japanese izakaya-style dishes and handcrafted desserts, keeping the same high standard of food that made the original Shinjuku restaurant famous. The space is designed with families in mind, complete with a play garden for the little ones and a kids’ menu.

Dubai’s food scene continues to elevate with other exciting Japanese openings too. Keep an eye out for Yubi Handroll Bar at 25 Jump Street, Ram & Roll at Kempinski The Boulevard, and KEN by Kamatsuda at The Dubai EDITION. With so many authentic Japanese options, food lovers in the city are in for a treat!
