Dubai’s public parking operator, Parkin, has introduced new paid parking zones in Al Jaddaf to improve parking availability and ease traffic flow. Announced on August 31, these new zones will feature peak and off-peak tariffs to help manage the demand for parking spots more effectively.
There are two new designations: Zone 326C (on-street) and Zone 326D (off-street). The hourly charges will depend on whether it’s peak or non-peak hours.
Here’s what you need to know about the new tariff system in Al Jaddaf:
Tariff for Zone 326D (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM):
- AED 4 per hour during peak hours
- AED 2 per hour during non-peak hours
- Up to AED 20 for 24-hour parking
Tariff for Zone 326C (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM):
- AED 4 per hour during peak hours
- AED 2 per hour during non-peak hours
- Up to AED 16 for four hours

And here’s the good news: parking is still free on Sundays and public holidays.
Parkin also offers various subscription options for frequent drivers to save money and avoid fines, covering areas like roadside, plot, multistorey, and residential parking. Check out all the subscription plans and make sure you never miss a spot!
