Dubai is gearing up to host some of the world’s toughest tactical teams once again. UAE SWAT Challenge 2026 will be back to the city for another edition. The event will run from February 7 to 11 at Training City in Al Ruwayyah, and bring together elite police units, rapid-intervention squads, and specialized tactical teams from around the globe to test their skills, endurance, and teamwork.

Teams will face five intense challenges designed to simulate real-life tactical scenarios:

  • Assault
  • Tactical operations
  • Officer rescue
  • High tower
  • Obstacle course

Registration is now open at www.uaeswatchallenge.com. Participants need to submit the required details and documents to complete registration.

UAE SWAT Challenge has grown into a prestigious international event, with the 2024 edition setting a Guinness World Record for the highest number of countries represented — 46 nations and 103 teams.

For anyone who enjoys high-energy competitions, Dubai has plenty more on offer. Ultra Trail Dubai will take place in December 2025, and November brings two challenging races to Hatta. These events are open to the public, giving athletes and adventure-seekers the chance to test their limits and take part in thrilling experiences.
