Dubai’s skyline is about to get even more impressive. New development called Sobha SkyParks that will soar 109 floors into the sky is coming to the city. It will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road. The tower will feature five slender subtowers that appear to merge and support each other as they rise, framed by glass façades and inset balconies.
At an impressive 450 meters, it will be the tallest tower in the company’s portfolio. For comparison, another Sobha Realty project – The S Tower will be 300 meters tall with 71 floors. The tallest building in Dubai and the world Burj Khalifa is 828 meters tall and has 163 floors.
The tower will feature 684 luxury residences designed for style and comfort. Expect spacious layouts with clean finishes, smart floor plans, and expansive private balconies offering jaw-dropping views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.
The project will also feature four themed SkyParks located throughout the building. Spanning six floors each, these spaces will offer everything from family-friendly play areas and padel courts to fitness circuits, zen gardens, and glass pavilions.
Residents can also look forward to a cinema, BBQ areas, and wellness spaces. And of course, no modern tower in Dubai is possible without a pool. Sobha SkyParks will offers its inhabitants a resort-inspired infinity pool deck, featuring floating beds and panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.
