When the sun sets, the terrace transforms for a six-course dinner called ‘The Spice Route Journey.’ The dinner, served at 6:30 PM and 9 PM, features dishes like yellowfin tuna with harissa emulsion, roasted prawns, and a choice between beef tenderloin with date molasses jus or Mediterranean sea bass with saffron emulsion. Dinner starts at AED 395 per person.
