The MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2026 has been revealed, and it’s a celebration of everything that makes the capital’s dining scene shine. Held at the grand Emirates Palace, the event brought together the city’s finest chefs, all gathered to toast the fourth edition of this prestigious guide.
This year, 56 restaurants made the list, including 11 new additions and three Bib Gourmand winners.

Three restaurants in Abu Dhabi have maintained their One MICHELIN Star status:
- Erth
- Hakkasan
- Talea by Antonio Guida

MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2026: New Bib Gourmands
The Bib Gourmand award, given to restaurants that offer exceptional food at great value, went to three spots:
- Bua Thai Café on Yas Island
- 3Fils Abu Dhabi at Al Bateen Marina
- Goldfish in Marina Mall
As MICHELIN’s International Director Gwendal Poullennec put it, Abu Dhabi has now firmly established itself not just as a cultural capital, but as a global food destination, where creativity and hospitality collide.
