Ras Al Khaimah is about to become even more special. AMAN Group has announced a new project: Janu Al Marjan Island, which will take a vision of coastal living to another level.
The development will feature a luxurious hotel with 132 rooms and suites, each designed to highlight the expansive sea views. Next to the hotel, a residential tower will offer an exclusive selection of homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to spacious five-bedroom residences.
For those seeking privacy, a small collection of standalone villas will also be available. Residents will have full access to all resort amenities. Janu Al Marjan Island will follow the launch of Janu Dubai (on the image below).
The development in RAK will feature plenty of things to keep guests entertained and relaxed. There will be two restaurants, a mixology bar, a wellness center with a yoga studio, and a state-of-the-art gym. A private beach and beach club with a pool will make it easy to soak up the sun, while a kids’ club ensures the little ones are taken care of too.
The official opening date is still to be announced.
